Cancellation Policy
All clients are required to pay a non refundable deposit for each appointment booked. The deposit will go toward your cost of service.
RESCHEDULING: As long as 24 hour notice is given, you may reschedule your appointment as you need to, and the deposit will carry over to each rescheduling. If less than 24 hour notice is given, it will fall under the “cancellation” policy and the current deposit will not be credited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
The deposit will not be credited or refunded and further fees may apply for the following:
NO SHOW: If you do not show up to your appointment or notify me that you will be unable to make it, the deposit will be kept and the rest of the service cost will be due before rebooking.
CANCELLATIONS: 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice for cancellation the deposit will be kept. New deposit would then be required for rebooking.
Rescheduling is allowed if more than 24 hour notice is given, and the deposit will carry with each reschedule.
